As a cadet in the Nigerian Defence Academy, he so distinguished himself that he was the sole candidate in his course who proceeded to the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst in England, and then to the Royal Military College of Science, Shrievengham, United Kingdom where he studied up to M.Phil level. As a senior military officer, he had several attachments with the British and French Armies and has also held several Command positions in the Nigerian Army.

He later served in the Presidency, first as Military Assistant to the Chief of General Staff, and then as Principal Staff Officer in the Presidency, State House, Abuja.He holds a Phd from St. Clements University, Australia. He retired voluntarily from the Army in 1994 and has been in private business ever since, serving on the board of a number of blue-chip Companies including bureau veritas Nigeria, Frenchies Nigeria Limited, Henry George Company Nigeria Limited etc.

Col Tunde Soluade (Rtd) retired from the Nigerian Army Signal Corps in 1990 after twenty one (21) years of meritorious and exemplary service to our nation. He attended several courses at home and overseas on various security issues. Among many other qualifications, he holds a degree in Telecoms Engineering from O.A.U., Ile-Ife. A gifted administrator and tactician, he has nurtured SOLTAN SECURITY LIMITED from inception with admirable skills to its current commendable height as one of the leading security services providers in Nigeria.

Other management team members: General Manager, Operation Manager, and Marketing Manager, etc. are all in place and functional.
